Is the Real Estate Transaction Specialist (宅建) license required to apply?
It is not a mandatory requirement. However, after joining the company, we provide full support for obtaining the qualification, including study sessions and mock exams.

Is a regular driver’s license required?
For sales positions, a driver’s license is required due to frequent travel by car. Applicants without a license at the time of application will be required to obtain one after joining.
