2. Guarantor application documents
Please use this form for individual lease agreements.

When a foreign national is the applicant, please complete this form and send it together with the application via fax.
Please use this form when the tenant is a minor or requires consent from a legal guardian.
3. Required documents for application
Individual
Documents to prove your identity ※Please present one of the following
- Welfare benefits certificate
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- Health insurance card
- My number card
- Seal certificate
- Student ID card
Foreign nationa
※In addition to the above documents verifying your identity, the following documents are required
- Passport
- Residence card (Certificate of Eligibility in case of overseas application)
Corporation
※In addition to the above documents verifying the individual, the following documents are also required.
- Representative’s identification (driver’s license, etc.)
- Certified copy of the registry
※If you use the direct debit service, you will need your bankbook and bank seal. However, this does not apply to online banking, etc.
※You may be required to provide proof of income. The contract will be made after the various rental guarantees are reviewed. (We will conduct our own review.)
※We cannot accept applications from organized crime groups or those associated with them, or foreign nationals without a residence card (Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status in the case of overseas screening).
※1 If you are unable to provide Required Document A, a document related to receipt of benefits (must include date of birth) may be used instead.
※2 Depending on the process of the guarantee review, you may be requested to submit these documents as necessary. For properties with high rents, submitting these documents in advance will help the guarantee review go more smoothly.
