Article 3: Outsourcing of Personal Information
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. - For guidance and procedures for overseas customers, the Company may provide personal information to third parties located in foreign countries (such as partner offices in China). In such cases, the Company will obtain your consent after providing you in advance with the name of the country, information on that country’s personal information protection system, and the measures taken by the recipient to protect personal information.
- In addition to the above, when providing personal information to a third party, the Company will specify the recipient and the content and obtain your prior consent.
- However, the above does not apply in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent

Article 6: Procedures for Disclosure, etc.
- The Company will respond without delay to your requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (“Disclosure, etc.”) of your personal information.
- A fee of 1,000 yen per request (plus actual postage if sent by mail) will be charged for disclosure of personal information. The fee shall be paid by the method designated by the Company.

Article 7: Disclaimer
- If you move from the Services to another site or service via a link or banner, the Company assumes no responsibility for the information or services provided at the destination.
- The Company also assumes no responsibility in the following cases:
- When you or a person cooperating with you discloses personal information to a third party using the functions of the Services or other means
- When you become identifiable through information you disclosed on the Services
