Do I need a Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken) license to apply?
No, the license is not a hiring requirement. After you join, we fully support you in passing the exam through study sessions, mock exams, and more.
What support do you offer for obtaining qualifications?
We have an official qualification support program. Employees who pass the exam for a company-recognized public qualification receive a bonus, coverage of the exam fee, and partial reimbursement of registration costs.
Is a standard driver’s license required?
Yes, for sales positions, as the job involves frequent travel by car. If you don’t have a license when you apply, you will need to obtain one after joining.
