Article 3: Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling
The Operator may outsource all or part of the handling of acquired personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Operator enters into necessary agreements, such as basic contracts on personal information handling, and provides appropriate supervision of the contractor.
Article 4: Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
- The Operator may provide bank account information to financial institutions for the purpose of processing transfers.
- In other cases, when providing personal information to a third party, the Operator will specify the recipient and the content to be provided and obtain prior consent from the individual.
- However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
- When particularly necessary for public health or the sound upbringing of children and obtaining consent is difficult
- When cooperation is required for a national or local government body, or a party entrusted by them, to perform duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent may hinder the execution of such duties
Article 5: Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
- Upon request from the individual, the Operator will promptly respond to requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter, “Disclosure Requests”).
- A fee of 5,000 yen per request is charged for disclosure. The fee must be paid using the method designated by the Operator.
- The Operator may decline Disclosure Requests in the following cases, and will notify the individual of the reason:
- When the identity of the requester cannot be confirmed
- When a request is made by a representative and the representative authority cannot be verified
- When submitted documents contain deficiencies
- When the requested information does not fall under “disclosable personal information”
- When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- When it may significantly hinder the Operator’s business operations
- When payment of the fee cannot be confirmed
- When the request violates laws or regulations

Article 6: Disclaimer
- If the user moves to another site or service via links or banners from the Service, the Operator assumes no responsibility for information or services provided at the destination.
- The Operator also assumes no responsibility in the following cases:
- When the individual or related parties disclose personal information to third parties using the Service’s functions or other means
- When the individual is identified due to information disclosed by the individual on the Service
Article 7: Use of Statistical Data
- The Operator may create statistical data processed so individuals cannot be identified based on acquired personal information.
- The Operator may use such non‑identifiable statistical data without restriction.
Article 8: Acquisition and Use of Attribute Information and Behavioral History
To provide content and advertisements better suited to the individual, the Operator may acquire and use non‑personally identifiable information through cookies. This includes use in advertising distribution by partners or affiliated companies. The Operator may also provide such information to advertisers, information providers, and service providers for similar purposes.
Users may refuse the acquisition of information by disabling cookies in their browser settings.
Article 9: Revisions
The Operator may revise all or part of this Policy. If significant changes are made, the Operator will notify users through this website or other methods deemed appropriate.
