※If you use the direct debit service, your bankbook and bank seal are required (not required for online banking, etc.).
※Proof of income may be required.
※The contract will be concluded after the rental guarantee screening and our own screening.
※We cannot accept applications from organized crime groups or those associated with them, or from foreign nationals without a residence card (or a Certificate of Eligibility in the case of overseas screening).
※1 If you are unable to provide Required Document A, a document related to receipt of benefits (must include date of birth) may be used instead.
※2 Depending on the process of the guarantee review, you may be requested to submit these documents as necessary. For properties with high rents, submitting these documents in advance will help the guarantee review go more smoothly.
